This Scope of Work outlines the janitorial services to be performed for SAIA, a warehouse/industrial facility. Field service teams are instructed to adhere strictly to the tasks, frequencies, equipment, and post-cleaning goals specified for each area.
Daily
- Remove all trash to designated area for disposal and replace liners (liners furnished by facility)
- Pull trash at building entrance
- Vacuum all carpet areas and spot clean as needed
- Vacuum area rugs
- Dust mop all tiled floor
- Damp mop all hard surface floors to remove spillage or marks
- Scrape objects from tiled floor areas (gum, etc.)
- Sanitize telephone receivers
- Clean and disinfect all water fountains
- Spot clean walls to remove smudges, scuffs, or handprints
- Wet mop all tile floors
- Wipe off all counters and tables with disinfectant
- Clean glass in front entrance
- Wipe down all touch points with disinfectant
Weekly
- Clean door windows 2 times per week
- Sweep and mop all hallways 3 times per week, including stairwells
- Dust all computer screens
- Dust all horizontal surfaces, including desktops, filing cabinets, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures, and all manner of furnishings
- Dust baseboards and corners, high and low
- Clean all glass in vestibule and offices, inside and out
Monthly
- Dust all vents within 9-foot reach twice per month
- Wipe down vertical blinds once per month
- Clean and shine all kick plates and door plates
