This Scope of Work outlines the Strip and Wax service for Capital One's bank facility. Field service teams are instructed to follow the tasks by area and frequency to ensure all VCT floor surfaces are properly stripped, waxed, and restored.
Monthly
- Clear all movable furniture and fixtures from VCT surfaces.
- Apply floor stripper solution according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Allow stripper to dwell for recommended time.
- Agitate stripper solution with low-speed rotary machine and black stripping pad.
- Extract old finish and stripper solution using a wet/dry vacuum or auto scrubber.
